About Ying H. Huang, M.D.

A skilled and meticulous physician and surgeon, Dr. Ying H. Huang has many years of experience treating patients with ophthalmologic problems. In his practice, Dr. Huang specializes in cataract surgery, treating all aspects of corneal diseases including dry eyes, corneal dystrophies, infections, eye allergies and problems related to autoimmune diseases.

Dr. Huang has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Chicago. He earned his MD degree at the Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans, where he also completed a residency in ophthalmology. He was awarded a Corneal Fellowship at one of the nation’s most prestigious medical schools, Washington University in St. Louis, MO. Upon completion of his medical training, Dr. Huang received certification from the American Board of Ophthalmology and the Medical Board of California. He has practiced in San Gabriel since 2005.
